HAIR CARE / tips:

-We recommend that each Angel co-washes his/her hair prior to the installation process. Cowashing means using only conditioner to clean the hair from the weft to the ends and then letting it air dry. (Cool water is best).

-Only let your hair air dry to minimize shedding, as blow drying can sometimes be too rough.

-Always comb/brush hair starting from the ends to the top of the weft to keep the cuticles in tact and minimize damaging the cuticle of the hair, unnecessary shedding/tangling and split ends.

-ALWAYS use alcohol and sulfate-free products on the hair.

-Minimize cutting the hair wefts as much as possible, as it will make it shed more than it normally should.

-We recommend washing your hair every weekly or as needed but certainly condition your hair more often than not.

-Brush/Comb your hair with a paddle/detangling brush or wide tooth comb daily, fine tooth or rat tail combs for detangling can cause unwanted/unnecessary shedding.

-NEVER SLEEP ON WET HAIR- this can cause the hair to tangle or mat up horribly.

-Gently brush the hair from the ends on up every night as a routine and braid it loosely, flexi rod, pin curl, or wrap it every night and use a silk or satin scarf along with a bonnet, and/or use a silk or satin pillow case.

-Use a small dime size of a silk/oil serum in your hair daily or as needed to keep the hair moisturized.

-Always use heat protectant when using any kind of hot tools your hair.

-Minimize product on the hair.

-Try to minimize heat on the hair as much as possible only use heat when you need it.

-Hang the hair to dry and keep it in a safe, clean place, while its detangled and clean in between installs.

-Never massage/lather the hair or rub together when washing, only rub/slide your hands from top to bottom to wash to avoid matting.

-Trim split ends as needed to reduce frizziness.

-Be very careful with any lace, and understand its not designed to last forever.

We recommend Silicon mix for deep conditioning. Get a generous hand full of the silicon mix and apply it ti your extensions, soak it in warm water inside of a plastic bag for 30min-1hr, and rinse out thoroughly, until the suds/residue is completely gone in cool water.. We recommend this in between installs and for any chemical treated hair.. This makes the waves/curls pop, puts a nice luster, and makes it soft and flowy, like brand new.
